Nagoya, December 21, 2018―NGK SPARK PLUG CO., LTD. (Chairman, President, and CEO: Shinichi Odo, Headquarters: Nagoya, hereafter NGK SPARK PLUG) hereby announces that the closing of the acquisition of CAIRE Inc. in the United States, Chart BioMedical Limited in the United Kingdom and Chart BioMedical (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. in China from Chart Industries Inc. has just completed, as the Company had announced formerly regarding this acquisition in the news release October 2, 2018.
